Co-founder of VINE Pattrice Jones Featured Speaker!

We are honored to announce Pattrice Jones will be speaking at Compassionfest 2018. Join us at 3:30pm, for the talk “What I’ve learned from animals at VINE Sanctuary.”
Pattrice Jones is a cofounder of VINE Sanctuary, an LGBTQ-led farmed animal sanctuary, as well as the author of The Oxen at the Intersection.
An ecofeminist scholar and author, pattrice has been an activist in various movements since the 1970s. The first sanctuary to rehabilitate roosters used in cockfighting, VINE works for social and environmental justice as well as for animal liberation.
